We should take example of amoebae to understand binary fission-

When amoebae grow or became adult then Thier nucleus is splitting into daughter cell . then when Thier cytoplasm is also divided into two part. then their nucleus is also divided into two parts and became two new daughter amoebae...

Multicellular organisms use complex way of reproduction-

because the body of multicellular organisms is too larger than others unicellular organisms and in multicellular organisms their is two parents are involved named male and female with their sex cells or gamate... so multicellular organisms need sexual reproduction...
