I did'nt understood the difference btw III and IV pattern in the video...plz help

In the IIIrd pattern, the dart is around the bull’s eye position but each time the position of the dart is not at the same point. So, it is accurate but not precise.

In the IVth pattern, the dart is in the centre i.e. at the bull’s eye and also each time the position of the dart is at same point. So, it is accurate as well as precise.
