let the radius of required circle be 'r'

=) radius of 2nd circle (r') = 20/2=10cm

=) radius of 3rd circle (r°) =48/2 = 24cm

now given that,

=) πr^2 = πr'^2 + πr°^2

=) r^2 = r'^2 + r°^2

=) r^2 = 10^2 + 24^2

=) r^2 = 100 + 576

=) r = √676 = 26 cm

so diameter = 2r = 26×2 = 52 cm ans
