Personality: the combination of characteristics or qualities that form an individual's distinctive character
Someone who says this to you does not know the meaning of the words. They remain arrogant of their faults rather than acknowledge them or try to improve themselves. In their defense I have no context. So if you were acting in a distasteful way or you “always” judge them or criticize them and they are just fed up then you should give them some space.
Lastly if this is a beautiful person and you just want to ‘smash’ as the young’uns of today say then you are at fault and should decide if the relationship is worth it at all.
