When we change into passive voice sentence will become "she is not known to me". In both form of sentence meaning is same only structures of words are changed. In active sentence subject is ‘’I’’ object is ‘’her’’ and verb is ‘’know’’. When we change into passive voice object ‘’her’’ will become subject as ‘’she’’ and subject ‘’I’’ will become ‘’me’’ as an object. In passive voice preposition ‘’by’’ is not used because word ‘’known’’ is used as an adjective here so preposition ‘’to’’ will be used.
