i drink milk 2 times a day....3 times a day i have chapatis...and once a week junk food....this is moi diet....gimmie a good exercise for increasing stamina.....

Do yogic exercises. Pray daily.... Do meditation everyday... Do cycling.... Play games to keep yourself fit n healthy.... It also boosts your stamina... Hope it helps you.. Mark me as brainliest.. Plzz
