 \underline{ \huge \purple{ \mathtt{  \large \fbox{ \: Solution : \:  \:  \:} }}}

Given ,

The sum of roots = 10

The product of roots = 9

We know that , the quadratic equation is given by

 \large \mathtt{ \fbox{ {x}^{2}  - (sum \: of \: roots)x + (product \: of \: roots) = 0}}

Substitute the values , we get

 \sf \hookrightarrow {x}^{2}  - 10x + 9 = 0

Hence , the quadratic equation is x² - 10x + 9 = 0
