"Missing" is the non finite verb.

- The given sentence is :

"I found the missing bag".

- In the above mentioned sentence there are two verbs :

• Found.

• Missing.

- Now,a non finite verb should possess the following grammatical characteristics :

• A non finite verb should not perform the action in a sentence.

• A non finite verb should not indicate it's tense.

- And the two verbs in the sentence, only the "missing" verb fulfills the two criteria of being a non finite verb.

• Missing is not doing any action, it is just stating the condition of the bag.

• Also, the missing is not showing it's tense because any kind of auxiliary verb isn't there to define it's tense.
