Voice change,

Look,
Voice is the of the verb which indicates weather the subject does the work or something has done to it.

Rules required to change voice of the above sentence, [All rules are not included]

(1) the object of the verb in the active voice becomes the subject of the verb in the passive voice.(here the object is 'a pen')

(2) the subject of the verb in active voice becomes the object in the passive voice generally preceded by the preposition 'by'.(here the subject is 'I')

(3)The main verb is changed into past participle form and is preceded by correct form of the verb'to be' in passive voice.(here main verb is give)

Now discussing all the rules required,
Let's do the main job.

The passive form will be :✧A pen was given by me.✧

Bonus section:

Do you know why voice change is done ?
might know or not
but let me tell,

Voice change is done just to give more preference to your subject or the object,What ever you are concentrating to show in the sentence by making it subject.

That's it
Hope it helped (^_^メ)
