Heya mate,
Here is your answer,

(i) an example where the event has 0 probability is :

=> rolling a 7 in a 6 sided die.

=> getting 9 chocolates from 5 chocolates.

(ii) There are 6 outcomes when a die is thrown. Since, there are 6 faces of a die. So any face ( from the 6 ) may come on rolling it. And the probability of getting any outcom is 1/6 here.

I tried to explain it in the simples method

Hope this helps

if you have further doubt or want any help, feel free to ask me. I would like and try to help you.

Thank you
