I am considering some point from which you will able to get your answer
● Firstly getting nit totally depens on your rank in jee main not marks in jee main
●Now comming to your questions as previous year trend 140 marks fetch a rank of 22k and 145 marks fetch a rank of 20k So considering on previous year trend if you are getting between 140 to 145 you get a rank under 30k .
I can say about 2017 and 2018 both year getting marks of 140+ fetch rank below 30k
●Now considering you are getting rank between 25k and 30k you can get lower nit with core branch and middle nit with lower branch
●if you get 20k rank you are able to get ece in some lower and middle nit
●now if you are able to getting rank under 15k you will surely get cse in nit like nit patna ,ece in nit jamshedpur
