by using radical axis theorem we can solve this question just the lines are passing like tanget which can creates a symmetry and now using this property i can solve this question so observe what i am doing
radius of each cans = 1 m
so the half rope is passing through each cans on their fence
now there are 3cans so half rope i covering by cans
so perimeter of one rope fencing the can = pi r= 22/7 *1 = 22/7
perimeter of the 3 cans covered by rope fencing = 3*22/7=66/7 and my answer is correct deepika if u delete my answer i will report u u deleted my question in my first attempt now its too much bella answer is D because actual perimeter is 66/7

we can see that from diagram there are 3 big arc ( mentioned with black arc)
and 3 small arc ( mentioned with red arc).
so using property ,
=) theta = l/r
so each arc length = l = r×theta
using this we can solve this..
add all 6 arcs we get answer 66/7 m
correct option is (d)
