i had applied for ll test but had not given exam yet can i drive my 2 wheeler now with only appointment without given test​

If you have a learning licence with you, you can drive a two wheeler, but as a learner you cannot take your vehicle on highways or much crowded places.

Another thing is your safety. If you are a beginner you should not try to take risk and drive recklessly.

The purpose of granting a licence is to ensure that you are able to get it or not. If you can drive well you are eligible but for government assurance you must take a licence.

If you were caught by traffic police on national highway then you might be liable to pay a high fine even if you have a learner licence. Learner licence has its limits afterall it's not a permanent one.
