I had asked whether a bar magnet north will point towards Antarctica or not, to which an answer was certified by you which said that a bar magnet always points to geographical north pole. However, in the study material, it is mentioned that bar magnet north pole always points to geographic south pole. Please clarify.

The south pole of the earth's magnet is the geographical north because it attracts the north pole of the magnet and the north pole of the earth's magnet is in the geographical south as it attracts the south pole of suspended magnet.
so the north pole of bar magnet should point towards Antarctica.
