i had completed my M.tech but I am not intelligent student. I Dont have family support. What should i do

Then Start Some Work on internet in business field , try to be good in singing ,dancing and acting , Because these are the best fields for making your Future bright .

focus on your hooby and it's not imp to be intelligent in case you should study smarty . I would say go and see for a job otherwise focus on your hooby

I have hooby of writing stories and acting
but my family is depending on me
so you can go for acting
and besides you can write a biography on your experience of life
they cant give immediate chance
for my family
