I had given my name in school head boy of army public school mathura cantt,..... Interview for this post will be held tomorrow.i have to prepare a speech .....
there is no election system .... according to speech of interview , student will be selected
so please help me for preparing a nice speech

Speech:
"A leader is someone who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way" 
A warm good morning to all of you, today I, (name) will be giving a speech for the post of head boy.
Well, unlike everybody else, I would like to first say that I am not really good at studies, well I sure am the (topper/ boy who gets passing marks/ boy with good marks) but no, I am not perfect. Well, nobody is! Even our principal is not perfect, no offense ma'am (or sir)!
Qualities and weaknesses are in everyone's speeches and most of them are the same so why bore you? Instead, let's talk about us.
If I become a prefect, I would not like to impose my opinions on you, instead I would like us to have a bonding where "liberty" (say liberty loudly) is the key, where we, together as a team, take our school to a different level.
I would not like to speak longer because I see many people yawning already but I would like to say that if you want a head boy, I would step back but if you want a companion, I am right in front of you.

Say in a dramatic way and always keep a smile on your face.
Try to make people laugh.
Be entertaining.
If you forget something, don't let them know! or say, "Ah, I forgot some part but it was not important, anyway.." it makes you interesting.
Make eye contact.
Laugh yourself.

A warm good morning to respected teachers, Administrative officers and all my dear friends.

I will work for the growth of our school. I will use my full effort for it.I will work for you. And if I will be the head boy of our army, I will our school will be the best school ever in the world. Because Now there's only one way to ensure you’re enthusiastic about what you've chosen to do, with the ultimate aim of achieving success, and that is simply doing something you love doing. So, we can together work for the growth of our school.

I am concluding my speech by giving all of you a promise to build our school's status.
