I had to write a article on managing disaster. Just give some points so that i can write the article.

You should keep in mind the following points:

Give brief introduction of disasters.
Explain how and why they happen.
Explain what destructions they might cause.
Then explain how we can avoid them.
Write what things should victims keep in mind facing disasters.(For e.g. avoiding rumours)
Write what we should do that such destruction does not occur next time and how we can improve our disaster management system.
