Yeah, You can obviously measure Qutub minar by Trigonometry. You have to just stand slidely far away from it and at the ground , you have to placed a device which can be used to determined angle between the Upper end point of the minar and ground. You have to measure the distance between the angle measuring device and the lower end point of the minar with the help of scale that you have. After that You have to just Use tan function for the phenomen and you will get the height of Qutub minar
