Hey there

The corrected forms are:

1) I have an urgent business.
I have some urgent business.
                         or
I have urgent business.

Business is not a singular noun so that is why the use of article 'an' is wrong there.

2) He caught me by hand.
He caught me by the hand.

Because 'me' is already specified, you will have to use the article 'the' to make it more specific. I have a doubt, but I have seen the usage of 'the' in this sentence in many books and blogs, so I suppose it is correct.
