I have been thinking about this question for hours and i still didnt get answer please help me

It is a tricky question.

it is given that -

5+ 8 = 13. ( 2 greater than the sum of 8 and 3 )

and

8 + 3 = 11

and it is written that the sum of first 2 digits ( 583 58 is first 2 digits)

is is greater than the last 2 (583 83 is last 2 digit)

It is same in the case of 293

2 + 9 = 11

9 + 3 = 12
