i have doubt, if u know pls explain clearly, we count all faces for finding cube or cuboid(6faces) but in cone or cylinder we didn't calculate the upper side and lower side why?

firstly a face is made of line segment and cylinder or cone have circular base and circle is not made of line segment. that's why we do n't count their upper and lower portion as a face
