‘that much’ is the incorrect wording as it is only used to express a certain degree of a particular thing.
‘that long’ is used to express till when a certain period of time is extended to, which is often mentioned before in the context i.e. in this case, “my whole life”.

maybe the past tense of ‘will’ i.e. ‘would’ would be best suited rather than ‘will’ in this sentence.
