i have exam day after tomorrow.. and i wasted all of my time.. goofing around
now i have realized that it wasn't good of me doing that.
but opening book is making me cry
so,
please tell how can i overcome this fear?

Hii.....U just need to calm down...open the book...and just remember the important points of the chapter and learn them...and if u feel u can write them once...kind of summary of the chapter..

I know what your feelings is .....

You may realised your mistake .....

Past is Past ,

so think about future and present....

You should not be overtensed because you have a lot to study , make you brain cool ...

You may relax your brain for a while by meditation , or any other ways you know.

Then you think positive that you can study everything and you are not feared of exam...

Just study the important parts , so you can score marks...

Fear is only one which makes failures ...

So you should beat the fear and bring confidence ...

I think you have time tomorrow, you study as much as you could bear..

Don't be over tensed ...

You may read the textbook and understand the meaning and write exam! in your own word...

I think you have realised your mistake... so as a friend , I am advising you don't let Happen this next time...
