I have only 11 ancient debris in minecraft. They are not converted to netherite scrap also. I have full netherite armour and my all tools are of netherite and those don't have durability. Should I repair my all tools with netherite or make new diamond tools and go for ancient debris mining again? Please give me a nice answer.

It depends on how much durability your tools and armours have !
If the durability is less than ¼ of the total than it is Dangerous, so make a new diamond armour to go for mining of the ancient debries and don't forget to enchant it with enchantments like mending, unbreaking, protection,etc. Later after finding the debries convert your diamond armour into netherite again.
