I have registered for both up and cbse board simultaneously but appearing for only cbse boards. Will it cause any problem ? I'm appearing only for cbse exam

No, there is no problem if you are apperaring for only cbse exam.

If you would give both then there might be problem because at once or at same time you can't obtain 2 degrees.
