Step-by-step explanation:

No. of 5 rupee coin = x

No. of 2 rupee coin = 4x

ATQ

x + 4x = 117

5x = 117

Let the number of 5 coins be x then,

Number of 2 coins=4x

Total =117

i.e. Total of 2 coins+total of 5 coins=117

= 2*4x+5x=117/ 13x=117/13

X=117/1 X=9

No. Of 2 coins=4*9=36

No. Of 5 coins=9
