Eukaryotic Cell and found in golgi apparatus or the golgi complex. As the function of secretory vesicles goes they are small sacs of 20-80 nanometer they contain secretory substances and are hence called secretion vesicles. They elaborate membrane proteins and have two types, smooth and rough.
