i have seen a classmate tear the page of the books in the library . Although i have spoken to him about this,he denies doing anything wrong. What i can do for this? write a 2 minutes speech about this.

I think you must report this problem to the class teacher.She will make the student understand about the aftereffects of tearing pages from books.Also tearing pages from the books of the library is a punishable offence.
