If you had seven candles and two blew out you shall remain with seven candles, by the fact that two blew out does not mean they cease to be candles, the only instance where some candles shall cease to exist is if they wholly burnout then they shall be no more but for this situation, they only blew off so you still have them with you and can relight them any time you want.
