why government doesn't ban polythene completely ? why are we still using it even after knowing its bad effects

We are always trying to get rid of it ! We need all of our support . Because If we start changing ours ,it will become trend and everyone will do it ! That's how we can get rid of it .

The use of polythene can't be erradicated completely. The government banned polythene in some states... Some states back... But it all started again illegally.
And we are still using it because... We all live in present and do not think about future... Polythene is helpful in doing our work in present time... So we use it. Whereas we will face major difficulty in future.
