I) hot temperature warns or hearts the oceans and the water vapourises. the water vapours are condensed as they rise in altitude. due to more and more condensation is water in clouds rain occurs as precipitation.
ii) deserts have got temperatures but there is no water to be vapourised not there are any trees to transpire water due to this there is no rain in deserts.
