(i) In the given figure, globular embryo is shown. It is called globular because of its shape. In this stage, the remaining meristematic tissue is developed.

(ii) The initial cell is zygote. It is the zygote only that undergoes changes and this results in mature embryo. After it, comes the end stage embryo.
