Power = (m * g * h) / t
where m = the mass of the body; g = the acceleration due to gravity and h = the height the body has fallen ; t is the time the body has fallen
Putting the value in above formula we get :-
600 = 20 × 10 × 10 / time
600T = 2000
Hence T = 10/ 3 mins
10/ 3 minutes is time taken to lift the box.
