hello friend...
****************************************************
Muscle join with Bones through Tendons. These Tendons are made up of collagen fibres which is formed by dense connective tissue. These collagen fibres are characterized by having strength, flexibility and damage free from pulling stress.

They joins muscle to bone. They provide resistance from tensile strength. They provide flexibility also.

Tendons are similar as Ligaments.

Ligaments are also made up of collagen fibres which joins bone to bone. It also prevents bone from dislocation during injury.

Hope it will help you...
