i just gaved my class 10 exam this year and the result will declare soon and i think i will get about 70% in my board exam but my parents are saying me to become engineer but m saying them that i will not get marks for science m saying them that i want to study for IAS/IPS but they r saying first take science and crack IIT then I can go for IAS/IPS because they saw that many students are taking science so what I do??? how can I say them the benefits of IAS/IPS??I got irrated that all r taking science!!! please help me out!

Everyone ll have this daubt when they complete 10.According to me I'm giving you a suggestion that do what u like to do. Mostly it is good to take IAS/IPS.Keep confident on ur self u ll

I'm presently having keen interest in Commerce. Although, I like Literature, But my parents want me to say it is Commerce, and I'm doing that.
And I'm not happy.
I just qualified the second level for singing competition but I'm not going. (I want to go) But My parents don't want me to, so I'm not.

Simple,
You won't be happy.
2 Cases-
1st case- You are immature, less confident. And your parents are right. Then do that. They are right. They always will be.
2nd case- You are right. You want that. You want that to happen. You are confident about yourself. Then, Go for it!
Convince them that you will NOT remain happy. You don't WANT to go with the crowd. You ARE confident. You WILL BE happy if you go for what you're saying now.
What do they want ultimately? Your happiness.
Tell them what you want to be in Life. Not what you want them to be in your Life. Know the difference.
Otherwise, Just for them. You can take IIT (But then it's just the same thing as I said earlier, You should know if you'll be happy) And then go for IAS.
Isn't this the same thing said by your parents?
Anything. I repeat, ANYTHING requires hard work, dedication and love for what you're doing. Rest doesn't matter.
