-The line graph makes a comparison between Net user in three different countries namely USA, Canada, Mexico over a period of 10 years.
- It is noticeable that the percentage of people who use Internet increased over the year from 1999 to 2009. Overall , a much larger proportion of Canadians and Americans, compared to Mexicans. Mealwhile, CAnada had the highest rate among 3 contries at the end of the period in Internet usage.
In 1999, the proportion of Mexican users was only about 5%, whereas American users and Canada users, being higher about one- fifths and one in ten respectively. In 2005, the two highest countries in previous discription continued their upward trend throughout 6 years at about seven in ten. Mexico also went upward with a steady pace , accounted for approximately 25%.
By 2009, the figure for Canadian Internet users outracted the percentage of American users, being the highest among 3 countries at almost 100% as opposed to about three- quaters of Americans and only two-fifths of Mexicans
