I know that evaporation is taking place, but is solidification also taking place, because in my book the answer is D. Can anyone explain?

According to the graph at region X the temperature is constant which happens only if you are in the latent heat region i.e. phase change is happening, since the liquid is getting cooled, solidification is possible, also at all temperatures evaporation is taking place since all substance have certain vapour pressure
