I KNOW THE ANSWER JUST NEED EXPLAINATION

if the least prime factor of 'a' is 3 and least prime factor of 'b' is 7 find the least prime factor of (a+b)

2 is the answer since 3 is the least prime factor of 'a' which is an odd no. so a will also be an odd no. similarly 'b' will also be odd and hence (a+b) will be even(odd+odd=even)
and hence least prime factor of an odd no. is 2.
