y=t²-4t

z=3t-5

when t=0 position vectors along x,y and z are

x0=0 i

y0=0 j

z0=-5 j

when t=1 position vectors along x, y and z directions are

x1=2 i

y1=-3 j

z1=-2 k

net displacement in vector form=

x=(x1-x0)

=2 i

y=(y1-y0)

=-3 j

z=(z1-z0)

=-2 k-(-5 k )

=3 k

net displacement (only magnitude)=√(x²+y²+z²)

=√(2²+(-3)²+(3)²)

=√22

average velocity=total displacement/ total time taken

=√22/1

=√22
