I locked my phone with pin number but later I forgot my pin number and am not able to unlock my phone. What can I do to unlock it

Hi friend....

U locked ur phone with pin number but later u forgot ur pin number and u r  not able to unlock ur phone.So the thing u have to do to make it unblock take it to the shop where u buyed it......By the way Nyc Samsung phone....

1. Turn off your phone.
2. Press both Volume DOWN + UP and HOME + Power keys together until the Samsung logo comes up.
3. In recovery menu select wipe data / Factory reset using Volume down button and confirm with power key.
4. Repeat it on the next screen, highlight Yes -- delete all user data using the Volume down and confirm the deletion using the power key.
After hard reset completed select reboot system now , press power.
All data will be lost!
