i'm in 10th now so when i will be go to some rest during my studies whenever i get frustration which time should be suitable for me in night or in afternoon?

You can study well at night time
becoz at this time all around you will be in deep sleep and there will be a dark silence

Whenever you are studying it's day or night doesn't matter,you should take a rest after every 2 hours.This helps you to maintain you mind fresh.
