It might seem harsh, but this ain't the Permanent solution to it - the more you seek shoulders to cry on - of course the better you feel - but on the other side - the more you become dependent on an external source.
I'll help, I can try, of course, the first phase outta this is through expressing your sadness to people you trust, not strangers, if you have no one, then yes you can try trusting someone with sharing your weakness - a risky thing for any human... You can trust me, brother, anyway.
You can get some counseling, but remember - work for the Permanent Effect - work for being EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT - yeah, it's a lot hard - but once you get to that point, there's no looking back, life kicks you, but you can keep it to yourself, keep a smile with the tears !
The thing is maturity, yes - these phases make you strong, whatever you're going through - is helping you to be better than many, ITS YOUR TRAINING TO BE POWERFUL IN YOUR LIFE ! So, look at it with positivity, a little bit. And believe when I say - that the thing that's prolly going on in your mind - that you're gonna be the same unhappy always - is totally false - it's your brain, the ugliest parts of it making you say all that... You see, once you start thinking in a way, it just goes on endlessly - endless possibilities of endless thoughts - so, you better know that those are just thoughts - REALITY IS DIFFERENT !
