At first I will give him/her some water to drink . Then I will back whether I some fever tablets , if do I give them to my co passenger. Then ask him/her whether she is travelling alone or with their family. If she/he is with their family inform them if not then check for a doctor on the train. Then take care of my co _ passenger .
