Good morning to one and all present here. Today I m going to speak on the topic Leadership.

A good leader is not the one who compress others for his personal benefits, he is the one who encourages his fellow people to come up in their lives without thinking about himself. Everyone present here is a leader of their own fields. Leader is nothing without the support of his people. It's all about teamwork and this can only make a change in our society. If we all work together for the development of our nation, we can reach great heights. Alone we are a Single part of a big machinery but together we a complete machenism of it and each and every part of that machine is imp, coz even if a single part is distributed, it will effect everyone. Alone we r a single drop but together we r a big ocean. So by this we can understand that how imp is teamwork. And it's full form itself says that ; T- together E - everyone A - achieves M - more. So a leader is the one who protect his people, listen to their problems and give solution for it, it guides them to the correct way and is ready to help them anytime. Last but not the least , a leader is the one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way.
