PEASANT REVOLT IN COLONIAL PERIOD
The peasants went on movements against injustice.this occurred during the colonial period when there was injustice against them by levying high amount of tax and not treating them well.there were movements like peasant movements.
Violent peasant revolt included the burning of offices of British and the mass killing of the people who supported the Britishers.
Non Violent peasant revolts included the  strikes, upvaas satyagrhaha  and the use of media in making people opposite to the British .
