Answer:

hope it helps sorry if it doesn't

Step-by-step explanation:

1. 70° + a + a = 180°

angle sum property of triangle

70+ 2a = 180

2a = 180 - 70

a = 110/2

a = 55°

as sum of 2 interior opposite angles is equal to exterior angle

a + a = b

55 + 55 = b

b = 110 °

2. as 65° + 40 ° = a

sum of 2 int. oppo. angles is equal to ext . angle

a = 105°

65 + 40 + b = 180

angle sum property

105 + b = 180

b = 180 - 105

b = 75 °

3. 2 x 40 + 10 = 90°

and as s of 2 interior opposite angles = exterior angle

2x+ 5 + x + 10 = 90

3x + 15 = 90

3x = 90 - 15

3x = 75

x = 75/3

x = 25

2 x 25 + 5 = 50 + 5 = 55°

25 + 10 = 35 °
