since half the perimeter of a rectangular garden is 36m,
P=2*36
  =72m
now if the length is 4 more than its width,
L=4+B
P=2(L+B)
72 =2(4+B+B)
72 =2(4+2B)
72 =8+4B
72-8=4B
64=4B
64/4=B
B=16m
and therefore,L=20m
