so according to your given answer the upper two capacitors are in parallel

and one single present below is in series with them

so net capacitance of upper two = 2A*absilonnot/d

net capacitance

1/c(net)=1/(2Aabsilonnot/d)+1/(Aabsilonnot/d)

1/c(net)=3/(2Aabsilonnot/d)

c(net)=(2Aabsilonnot/d)/3

c(net)=6Aabsilonnot/d
