use formula: P = M×V
where P is momentum , M is mass and V is velocity of ball.

thus; to calculate velocity of ball make V subject of formula in above formul
V = P ÷ M
V = (218) ÷ (35.2)
V = 6.2 m/s

Bowling ball of 35.2kg that generates 218 kg.m/s units of momentum.

Momentum = Mass * Velocity

218 kg m / s   =  35. 2 kg * Velocity

divide both sides by  35.2 kg

218 kg m / s / 35.2 kg = Velocity  ≈    6.19 m/s

Momentum of an object is the product of the mass and velocity of the object.

Momentum is a vector quantity, having both direction and magnitude.
