a=(v-u)÷t


v= 40 km/h= 11.11m/s
u= 0
t= 10 min =600s

a=(11.11 -0)/600
a= 0.1851 m/s^2

initial velocity= 0m/s
final velocity=40 M/s
= 40*1000/60*60s= 11.1 m/s
T=10 min = 600 sec
A=11.1-0m/s/600s = 0.018 m/s^2 is the ANSWER
